僵尸危机爆发，一对姐妹和两个年轻人上了一条船，希望借此逃生，但末日灾难下，奇葩的人也总能制造各种笑料...。呆头呆脑、行事鲁莽的警察加纳锭治（千葉真一饰）从冲绳石垣岛的老家来到大都会东京，他受隔壁大婶的嘱托，来这里寻找其失踪多时的女儿。与此同时，新宿某公寓发生杀人纵火案，一名从事色情行业的女子被烧作焦炭。东京警方通过现场的照片判定，死者正是加纳所寻找的女孩玉城麻由美。固执的加纳相信死者并非麻由美，他独自来到新宿调查，通过死者生前最后见过的暴走族青年长迫长荣（岩城滉一饰）的证言，加纳证实了自己的判断。 偶然机会，她救助了被歹徒绑架的年轻歌手春风美树（ジャネット八田饰），美树的容貌令他心有所动。经过一番试探，他断定美树便是改换过容貌的麻由美。然而美树的后台老板英森魁治（松方弘樹饰）似乎有所隐瞒，他百般阻挠加纳的调查。另一方面，杀人纵火案仍在不断发生……。A young newlywed couple find themselves trapped in a network of underground caves. With her husband injured, the new bride is forced to find her way back to the surface in order to save his life.
