Bandits led by Matt the Mute enter a bar and kill multiple people. Randy Bowers comes to town and is framed by Matt the Mute, who is working with the sheriff, who doesn't know that Matt is really a criminal. Matt the Mute writes out everything he wants to say. Randy escapes with the help of Sally Rogers, the niece of the dead owner of the bar. Bowers runs from the sheriff, and ends up in the cave in which the bandits have their hideout. They kidnap Sally, who escapes with the help of Bowers. Matt the Mute is killed when he enters the bar, which is filled with explosives, and the niece marries Randy.。粱醒 (廖启智饰)、蔡克男 (陈秀雯饰)为武术一代宗师，在卧虎藏龙的三元镇开设武馆保芝堂，教授村民强身健体功夫，为村民主持公道，甚得村民敬重。镇上博学文家的文博仁( 江华饰)乃状元之后，与妻子马玲珑(龚慈恩饰)开设博学书舍，以弘扬儒家思想为己任，也为村民所景仰。梁、文两家都是识英雄重英雄，但两家夫人虽为表姐妹，却因宿怨结了冤家。他们事事争斗，冲突与日俱争。这时，来自四川的姐弟孟家凤和孟家堂，凭一只镬在镇上煮出诸般美味，开设了三元酒菜馆并搞出了名堂，他们荣升美味大王，举足轻重。三方为争夺群龙之首，互不相让，斗得轰轰烈烈，闹出连篇笑话。他们也在不经意间释放友谊，建立真诚和信任，演绎一出出精彩的人与人之间的真诚故事。。議員酒後駕車，撞了開計程車的偷車賊。 計程車上的女乘客在這場車禍認出了酒駕者是名政客，並識破了政客身旁的助理為第三者，她起了貪念，決定與偷車賊一起向議員索求500萬的『封口費』。 在取款的過程裡，卻驚爆了女乘客與議員妻子之間的醫療糾紛，同時也抖出了包商與政商勾搭的弊案，弊案裡卻也牽連到偷車賊與女助理過去的家庭。 為什麼包商會出現在車禍當中的後車廂裡？是謀殺？綁架？還是另有隱情？議員與些這弊案是否有關連？。
