傅天明是电脑奇才，他的姑姐安娜是他的私人秘书。每当「赤神帮」犯罪时天明便会变成黑侠对付他们。 一次行动中，「赤神帮」在监狱中救了首领赤神，更偷走了「依波拉」病毒。天明和安娜为了追查此时而认识了少琪，她发现可对抗依波拉病毒的抗体，令赤神要把她捉到手上。原来赤神偷了病毒是有项重大的阴谋，黑侠为了阻止赤神而展开了这场激战……。本片由金馬影帝李修賢自導自演，是一部80年代初「烈火戰車」式的賽車片。故事描述跛足之摩托車行東主師傅才（李修賢），對學徒阿昌（麥德羅）甚為賞識，更在每年一度的澳門賽車，助昌奪標。後知師傅才曾是東南亞十大車手之一，因一次賽車意外受傷導致殘廢。師傅才聞悉昌參與非法賽車，忙予規勸，然昌因盛名所累，欲罷不能……。The story of the Korean War is told through powerful color imagery, dramatic musical score and sound-scape.
