电影讲述了上海精武会方会长，因为年事已高，想在郭天和孔鹏之间挑选接班人，郭天委托铁猴子之孙铁忠帮忙护送重要名册，结果遇上铁猴子前来抢夺名册，猴拳与南派武术打得不可开交，铁忠为亲辩护，众人认为事情太过蹊跷。而此时，精武会元老们认为郭天护送不力，严重失责，并被追究起旧账。一时间，强敌在暗，敌友难分，杀机四起……。天之骄女尤尤（孙嘉琪饰）为复仇化身步步为营的荆棘玫瑰，西装暴徒私生子齐东（完颜洛绒饰）谋爱上瘾，爱恨纠葛的情网已经织下，齐东和尤尤何时才能脱下面具，看清彼此的心？。After the relatively low box office takings of 'Intolerance', D.
