本剧基于真实事件、2004年法国纪录片《楼梯悬案》、书籍《Written in Blood》等素材创作而成。故事将探索Michael Peterson的生活，他那位于北卡罗来纳州的大家庭，以及他妻子Kathleen Peterson十分可疑的死亡。。六年前，苏轻夏与楚浔之相爱被苏父阻挠，楚浔之谎称变心，两人分离。六年后，苏成顶尖外科医生，楚成黑道教父。意外重逢，楚暗中守护苏，苏因当年事难以释怀。最终，楚为救苏牺牲，苏悔恨余生，只能在思念中度过。。Video artist Ryosuke visits the suburb of Furano in Hokkaido, where his friend lives, in order to shoot a video.
