A friend tries to convince him it is his heightened sensitively as an artist that allows for the newf...。儘管現代社會有多先進，男士們還是依然肩負著海量約定俗成的老舊期望，結果這或多或少都局限了生活的大小選擇。明明心中躍躍欲試，卻又怕引旁人側目，最怕是「不夠Man」的指控！本節目就是要打破這些沉悶框框，擴闊大家對都市男性的想像，讓大家重新反思「自在生活」的真正定義！。电影学院的摄影棚里，学生们正在拍摄实习片《兰姐》，这是一个描写某纺织厂团委书记挽救失足青年的故事。由于对兰姐的真实性问题产生着很大的分歧，院领导决定让同学们深入实地体验生活，寻找人物原型。于是，导演周毅、主演陆小宇等人来到了外省某纺织厂，找到了“兰姐”的原型——纺织厂团委书记林晓岚。经过长时间的接触，同学们终于对林晓岚的事迹有了深入的理解。拍摄也顺利的再次开始了。同学们更是通过段生活实践，提高了对生活的认识。。
